Right of withdrawal

As a client, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within a period of time 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without justification.

To exercise this right, you must communicate it by sending an email to hola@tango180.com, indicating your order number and the details of the product you want to return.

Conditions of return

• The product must be returned in perfect conditions, no signs of use, original packaging and with all the accessories included.

• The costs of sending the refund they shall be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective product or error in the shipment.

• Once the status of the product has been received and verified, the Total amount by the same payment method used in the purchase.

Exceptions
No return of:

• Outputs personalized.

• Products which by their nature cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or healthif they have been despised after delivery.

Returns of custom products or which by their nature cannot be returned shall not be accepted.
